Rick at A Brighter Outlook did a great job washing the exterior of all of the windows of our home. He was very responsive to my original request and scheduling with him was easy. He showed up on time, did a great job and charged exactly what I had been told. I would definitely hire him again.

I can’t say enough great things about this company!  My parents are coming to visit next week so I am rushing to get all the cleaning I put off all summer done before their arrival.  I thought there was no way my windows would get done.  When I called Brighter Outlook, my phone call was answered immediately, Rick (the owner) came right on schedule to provide an estimate and by a very lucky scheduling coincidence (and Rick’s accommodating nature) they were able to do the job on the same day.  Their prices are very reasonable and their work is outstanding.  Rick was courteous, professional and very picky about his service.  He inspected every inch of every window more than once and offered to come back for touch ups if I found anything after they left.  They use an ionized water system and the windows are absolutely spotless!  He even offered to dust my high chandeliers and change the burned out lightbulbs while he was up on the ladder.  Everything that was moved to access the windows was put back exactly the way it was before.  I will not hesitate to use them again and again and recommend them to anyone who needs their windows washed.  They are extraordinary!
